Chris Rowe will be pleased to respond to individual requests for information about her services as Mediator. Before submitting your request, please read the information on my website, and be prepared to provide the following preliminary information if you wish to proceed with discussions. This will save time and possible disappointment! I am not asking you to provide all this information in an initial email, but I will need answers to questions 1-6 before I can confirm my availability. This information can be conveyed by telephone, fax, or email. 1 Your name: 2 Your telephone number: 3 Nature of dispute: I do not need detail of the dispute, Simply nominate one of the following categories: employment, business, neighbourhood, rural, community, interpersonal, sport, other….. 4 Your location: I need to know whether you are resident in New Zealand, and if so, what region, so that I can consider my availability, travel time in my schedule, and give you a proper estimate of cost. 5 Preferred location for Mediation: See comment on previous question 6 Preferred timing for Mediation: Please give at least 2 options. Please also note that it is unlikely I will be available to mediate without a minimum of 3 days' notice, preferably longer. 7 The name of the other party or parties in dispute: I need this information so that I can determine whether I know any of the parties and/or whether this might present a conflict of interest) 8 Contact details for the other party/parties (if you have already discussed mediation with them): Thank you for your cooperation.
