Operating from a base at Sandspit, near Auckland, NZ, Chris has consolidated her extensive practical experience with a Grad Dip Bus Studies (Dispute Resolution) and Fellowship of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators' Institute of New Zealand. She is a member of the AMINZ Panel of Accredited Mediators.
       
In addition to her professional practice as an Employment Relations Consultant, Facilitator, Business Mentor and Mediator, Chris has for some years been a voluntary mentor for business people through Business in the Community (BITC); she serves on management committees for not-for-profit organisations, and is a JP.
